First you need to log into your structure with the Tactileo ID of the structure. For Cycle 3 and 4 schools, this corresponds to the school’s IAU.
Click on Forgotten password.
Enter again your structure’s ID as well as your email address.
Then you will receive an e-mail in order to reset your password.
