The space is divided into two spaces:
- A private space dedicated to personal documents.
- A public space used to share documents in a structure or integrate them into a module.
Private space
Click Storage Space in the homepage menu.
Select Private.
This is the storage space.
- Click on to Add a folder.
- Click on to Upload a file.
The icons on the right side of a file allow you to download or delete it.
Public space
Click Storage Space in the homepage menu.
Select Public.
- Click on to create a folder.
- Click on to download a file.
- Click on to import a file into a module.
The icons on the right of a file allow you to download it, import it into a module or delete it.
